During National Poetry Day 2025, our ambassadors took part in a performance poetry workshop where they learnt lots of top tips to perform poetry that they could teach their peers on the playground. They have also personally selected poetry books to be put into the Reading Huts and shared these with the other children during break times. They are now ready to share their recommendations!

Children all across the Academy have also been enjoying reading poetry books during their library slots and designated Reading for Pleasure time and recommending their favourite poems to each other!
