Our learning in DT and Science has been about healthy foods from around the world! During our visit from Chartwells we learnt about the different food groups in a balanced diet eat well plate. We were introduced to new vegetables and had to identify the food groups in different dishes we have at school during lunch times. We were then lucky enough to try some of these vegetables and carbohydrates in a healthy 'pot noodle' that a chef made for us using a hot wok, tasty stock, egg noodles and a variety of vegetables. Everyone tasted this delicious dish and loved it!
