  • Oracy

Oracy is the ability to express ideas fluently, coherently, and appropriately through spoken language, including skills such as speaking, listening, and engaging in dialogue. It encompasses pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, tone, and the capacity to adapt speech to different audiences and contexts.

We believe that good oracy is important because it underpins learning, communication, and social development across all subjects. We place high emphasis on Oracy at Old Clee and use Chatta and Voice 21 to support this. Please see the tabs on the right-hand side of this page for further information.
