County lines is a term used to describe gangs and organised criminal networks involved in exporting illegal drugs into one of more importing areas [within the UK], using dedicated mobile phone lines or other form of “deal line”.
As part of our role in the safeguarding team we deliver a County Lines session to Year 6 children during County Lines Awareness week. This is usually during the summer term.
