Beatboxing basics
We learned three fundamental sounds in our beatbox session in year 6. This group decided to create beats together as a group.
Year six have been discovering how to compose a hip-hop track with our new “Charanga!” online music studio, Yustudio.

Year 6 have been learning some drumming skills
Year 6 have been learning some transferable drumming skills using chairs as drum kits. They use their foot as the bass, the seat as the snare, and the back as the hi-hat. Lennon worked hard on focus and co-ordination to produce this drumming pattern.
