Wellbeing Day: Growing Together

On Thursday 10th February, the whole school enjoyed taking part in Old Clee's Wellbeing Day. Year 5 pupils had the opportunity to participate in a range of workshops linked to the NHS 5 Ways to Wellbeing.

Here we are beginning to paint our feathers as part of our 'What Lifts You?' activity (where we considered the different strategies we can use to lift our mood when feeling low), learning to sign the letters which spell our names as part of our 'Learning to Sign' workshop, relaxing during our yoga session and challenging ourselves by running a mile. We thoroughly enjoyed our wellbeing day and learnt a great deal about the importance of looking after our mental health.
